KidZ WorkZ leaders

KidZ WorkZ is the children's ministry at St Matthew's, guiding children on their walk with Christ.

Robbie is our resident puppet.  He runs the KidZ HolZ and 4Fs with a stuffed iron fist!

He loves his jokes and letters.

But even more than that, he LOVES to sing.  He has two songs - The Robbie Song - written by Nicky Rees, and God can do anything, by Doug Horley. His friend Herbie the Hedgehog helps to spice things up.

Brad is the Children's Ministry Assistant. When he's not working with kids, he's busy in the office at St Matthew's creating all the resources that KidZ WorkZ use.

He loves his job and especially working with kids.

He leads the team for all the events.  Even when he's away: how committed is that?

Brad's passion is to see children grow in the knowledge of who God is and who He has made them to be.

Bev is our wonderful kitchen lady and Brad's assistant.  She does brilliant stuff in the kitchen and sometimes lets the kids help with the cooking.

The kids love Bev: they call her Nana Bev.

Hugh, our games man, handyman and general helper outer.  Hugh has a real passion for kids and is a key part of our weekly KidZ KluB, monthly 4Fs and he hasn't missed a KidZ HolZ yet. He wants to help kids to know that this awesome God of ours has a plan for them.

Denise is our creche leader, our KidZ Unlimited helper, our extra on-stage person at KidZ HolZ and a great support!

Denise is committed to the ministry work of KidZ WorkZ and gets involved as often as possible.  She's been on stage at three out of the four KidZ HolZ this year and, after doing her two scheduled days, then offered to come back on the Friday 'cos she missed us.  What an awesome person.

Becs is one of the newer members of our team and comes from the Lighthouse Church. She loves working with children - especially the littlies - and she wants to see them grow in Christ.

Becs was recently part of the on-stage team as Handy Andy - the handy woman in our Chuggersville holiday programme and is also an awesome small group leader.

Rach is one awesome small group leader!  She loves working with the kids and especially the holiday programmes.

Rach has been on-stage at a 4Fs and been a small group leader at two KidZ HolZ. As with Becs, Rach comes to us from the Lighthouse Church and is great at making puppets.

Helen, who loves working with kids, is one of our on-stage team at KidZ KluB and KidZ Unlimited and has been a small group leader at two KidZ HolZ.

Robbie the puppet has a special place in his heart, just for her.

Google is the cat that often appears on the big screen. Google is Brad’s cat – most of the children have met her and all agree that she is the real brains behind the outfit! Google recently became a big sister to 7 little brothers and sisters. She is hoping that Brad doesn’t bring one of them home with him! Google loves it when the kids come around to the house.
