A ink and water colour study of the first St Matthew's Church and Hall, situated in the Church Acre, corner of Church and Dixon Streets, Masterton.

The church was demolished in 1914, but the Church Hall was moved to the current church site in Church Street, and is now known as the Schoolroom.
